The best place is the #bug-reports channel on our Discord server. Include a description of the problem, your Minecraft version, and any screenshots or video that helps explain it.
Yes! Head to the 🎫・support-tickets channel in our Discord and press the Suggestions button. We review all suggestions and take community input seriously when planning new releases and updates.
All our products are available directly through the Minecraft Marketplace — just purchase them and they will download automatically. If you're running into installation issues, open a general support ticket in 🎫・support-tickets on our Discord and we'll walk you through it.
Purchases made through the Minecraft Marketplace are managed by Minecraft Support.
